The Bros Dirt Diggers 80–120 TPH Hard Rock Crushing Plant is the smallest hard rock configuration in the Bros Dirt Diggers lineup, developed for operators who need dependable aggregate production without the footprint or complexity of larger installations. It is commonly used in small quarry sites, on-site contractor projects, and satellite crushing operations where space and efficiency are critical.

Material enters the plant through a robust LC3000×4000 hopper and is regulated by a GZD960×3800 vibrating feeder. This feeding stage delivers a steady, controlled material flow into the primary crusher, improving operating stability and reducing unnecessary wear on downstream equipment.

Primary crushing is handled by a PE600×900 jaw crusher. Designed for hard rock applications, the jaw crusher delivers reliable size reduction and produces a consistent feed size for secondary crushing.

Secondary crushing is performed by an S36″ cone crusher. Cone crushing is well suited for hard and abrasive materials, providing stable throughput, effective reduction ratios, and consistent particle shape for high-quality aggregate production.

Final material classification is managed by a 3YK1860 vibrating screen. Accurate screening allows the plant to produce multiple finished aggregate sizes that meet construction and infrastructure specifications.

A compact belt conveyor system connects each stage of the plant. Conveyor widths range from 500 mm to 800 mm, with motor power selected to maintain smooth material flow while minimizing spillage and downtime. The layout is optimized for smaller sites while maintaining reliable performance.

This crushing plant is well suited for small hard rock quarry operations, entry-level aggregate production, satellite or backup crushing lines, contractor-supplied on-site aggregates, and operations planning phased capacity expansion.

If you are considering a compact hard rock crushing solution or want to confirm whether an 80–120 TPH plant fits your material and site conditions, the Bros Dirt Diggers team is available to help you evaluate configuration options and plan your operation.
