The Bros Dirt Diggers 600 TPH Stone Crushing Plant is the largest system in the lineup, engineered for operations that require sustained, high-capacity processing of hard and abrasive stone materials. Built to support production rates of up to 600 tons per hour (TPH), this plant is suited for large commercial quarries, infrastructure supply operations, and high-demand aggregate producers.

Material enters the system through a heavy-duty LC3000×4000 hopper and is regulated by a GZD1500×6000 vibrating feeder. This combination provides stable, continuous feed control, ensuring consistent material flow into the primary crusher and reducing the risk of bottlenecks under peak load conditions.

Primary crushing is handled by a large-format PE1200×1500 jaw crusher, delivering high reduction capacity and preparing material efficiently for downstream processing. An auxiliary GZG-250 feeder supports controlled material transfer and system balance.

Secondary and tertiary crushing are performed by two high-capacity cone crushers configured for hard rock applications. This crushing stage delivers strong reduction ratios, consistent throughput, and uniform particle shape, supporting both coarse aggregate and finer material production.

Final classification is completed by dual 3YK2460 vibrating screens, enabling precise separation and consistent gradation across multiple finished product sizes.

Material handling throughout the plant is managed by a multi-stage conveyor network using belt widths from 500 mm to 1200 mm. Conveyor lengths and motor power ratings are selected to support high-volume material movement while maintaining operational stability and minimizing downtime.

This plant is best suited for large quarry operations, high-output aggregate producers, long-term infrastructure supply projects, and sites requiring continuous, high-capacity crushing performance.

If you are planning a high-throughput crushing operation or evaluating a 600 TPH plant configuration, the Bros Dirt Diggers team can help assess site requirements and develop the right system layout for your production goals.
