Material enters the plant through a vibrating feeder and is directed into a primary jaw crusher for initial size reduction. From there, material is conveyed to secondary crushing and screening stages, where oversized particles are returned for further reduction while correctly sized material advances through the process.
The core of the system is a vertical shaft impact crusher that performs shaping and fine crushing. This stage produces well-graded, cubical sand particles by repeatedly impacting material against wear-resistant surfaces. Processed material is screened, with acceptable sand routed forward and oversized material recirculated to maintain consistent output.
Final sand is washed to remove excess fines and impurities, ensuring clean, specification-ready material. The plant operates with closed-loop circulation, allowing continuous production while controlling particle size and minimizing waste.
This integrated process improves efficiency, reduces material loss, and provides flexibility to adjust production flow based on material type, feed size, and finished product requirements.
