The B6X Belt Conveyor is a next-generation conveying solution designed to address the structural, installation, and reliability limitations of traditional belt conveyors. Built with a modular design and a reinforced C-type steel main beam, it delivers superior rigidity, stability, and ease of installation in demanding material handling environments.
Unlike conventional conveyors that rely on channel steel frames with relatively thin structures, the B6X Belt Conveyor uses C-type steel combined with side guard boards to significantly enhance overall frame strength. This improved rigidity allows the conveyor to operate more stably under load and supports longer service life with reduced structural deformation.
Installation efficiency is greatly improved through the use of reversed V-type adjustable supporting legs. Traditional landing legs often suffer from poor stability, loose fasteners, and complex installation requirements. The B6X design replaces these with a reversed splay landing leg and a three-link support structure, providing excellent stability while eliminating the need for extensive bolt fastening. This simplifies installation, reduces labor time, and improves long-term structural reliability.
The enhanced frame strength also enables the use of a long-distance headstock. This design increases the material pile radius to approximately 1.5–2 times that of conventional belt conveyors, improving material discharge behavior. As a result, material falls more evenly during operation and the risk of loaders or other equipment colliding with the discharge structure during stockpiling is significantly reduced.
To improve drive reliability, the B6X Belt Conveyor is equipped with a cycloidal reducer rather than a traditional electric drum. Electric drums are often unsuitable for high-power applications and are prone to overheating and shortened service life. The cycloidal reducer offers higher technical performance, greater stability, and easier maintenance, making it better suited for continuous, high-load conveying operations.
