LSX Series Sand Washing Machine

The LSX Series Sand Washing Machine is a screw-driven sand washing and classifying solution engineered for efficient sand cleaning, dewatering, and grading in a single integrated system. The machine operates with an inclined design of approximately 15 degrees. Inside the water tank, multiple weir plates form a sedimentation pool where the screw head is fully immersed. Driven by an electric motor through a reducer, the screw rotates continuously, lifting sand upward while allowing fine impurities and excess water to separate. Clean water is introduced through a porous plate at the bottom of the sediment pool, ensuring thorough washing while maintaining efficient material flow.
