The XZM Series Ultrafine Mill is used for micron powder production where precise fineness control and stable output are required. The system is designed for materials with low to medium hardness, moisture content below 6 percent, and nonflammable, non-explosive characteristics. Typical materials include calcite, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, barite, gypsum, graphite, fluorite, phosphate ore, pumice, and other similar minerals used in construction materials, fillers, coatings, and chemical processing.
Material is fed into an optimized grinding cavity where high-quality grinding media apply controlled impact and attrition forces. An intelligent speed control system adjusts operating conditions to achieve consistent fineness while balancing capacity and energy consumption. Finished product size can be adjusted within a wide range from 325 to 2500 mesh to match downstream requirements.
