The MTM130X Series strengthened ultrafine mill is developed through long-term research and engineering refinement based on the MTM Series trapezium mill platform. It is designed to deliver stable ultrafine grinding performance for a wide range of industrial minerals while improving vibration control, classification accuracy, and overall system reliability.
The mill is suitable for materials with a Mohs hardness below 9.3 and moisture content under 6 percent. Common applications include quartz, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, fluorite, rare earth materials, marble, ceramics, bauxite, iron and copper ores, slag, cement clinker, activated carbon, dolomite, granite, fly ash, coal, graphite, gypsum, kaolin, bentonite, basalt, and other mineral and industrial materials requiring fine powder preparation.
Material enters the grinding chamber and is processed through rolling and extrusion between the grinding rollers and ring. A high-density blade classifier combined with frequency-controlled speed adjustment enables precise separation of fine particles while preventing coarse material from passing through. This configuration supports consistent fineness and stable output.
Structural design enhancements reduce vibration transmission and improve operational stability. Soft connections between the machine body and base isolate grinding chamber vibration, while a nodular cast iron base provides high strength and effective damping. Power transmission through a belt-driven reducer and elastic sleeve pin coupling improves overload protection and long-term reliability.
The system incorporates an optimized powder collection layout with equal resistance across equipment, minimizing internal circulation and improving collection efficiency. A bypass powder collector and straight-line discharge configuration support centralized material handling, reduced labor requirements, and cleaner operation.
The MTM130X Series is well suited for mineral processing plants, chemical production facilities, and industrial powder applications that require controlled ultrafine output, efficient energy use, and dependable continuous operation. The technical data below outlines equipment configuration, motor specifications, and operating capacity. Our team is available to discuss material suitability, fineness targets, and system integration.
