150–200 TPH Hard Rock Crushing Plant

The Bros Dirt Diggers 150–200 TPH Hard Rock Crushing Plant is engineered for operations that require dependable aggregate and sand production from tough materials such as granite, basalt, and similar hard rock. With a production range of 150–200 tons per hour (TPH), this plant fits well in medium-scale quarrying, infrastructure supply, and contractor-based crushing projects.

Material enters the system through a reinforced LC3000×4000 hopper and is regulated by a GZD1100×4200 vibrating feeder. This controlled feed stage delivers a consistent flow into the primary crusher, supporting stable operation and reducing unnecessary wear on downstream equipment.

Primary crushing is performed by a PE750 × 1060 jaw crusher, which is designed to handle hard and abrasive feed material. The jaw crusher provides reliable size reduction and prepares material effectively for secondary processing.

Secondary crushing is handled by a cone crusher configured as S51″ or HPC220. Cone crushing is well suited for hard rock applications, offering steady throughput, efficient reduction ratios, and consistent particle shape for high-quality aggregate production.

Final classification is completed by a 3YK2160 vibrating screen. Accurate screening allows the plant to produce multiple finished aggregate sizes with consistent gradation to meet project specifications.

Material transfer between stages is managed by a compact belt conveyor system using 500 mm, 650 mm, and 800 mm wide belts. Conveyor lengths and motor power are selected to maintain smooth material flow, minimize spillage, and support continuous operation on constrained sites.

This crushing plant is well suited for hard rock quarries, medium-scale aggregate producers, contractor crushing projects, and operations planning phased capacity growth.
