The Bros Dirt Diggers 150–200 TPH Medium Hard Rock Crushing Plant is engineered for operations that need higher throughput than entry-level systems while maintaining a compact, efficient footprint. It is commonly used in quarrying, aggregate production, and contractor-based crushing where reliable output and consistent material quality are required.
Material is introduced through a heavy-duty LC3000×4000 hopper and regulated by a GZD1100×4200 vibrating feeder. This controlled feeding stage delivers steady material flow into the primary crusher, improving plant stability and protecting downstream equipment from uneven loading.
Primary size reduction is handled by a PE750×1060 jaw crusher. Designed for medium hard rock applications, the jaw crusher delivers dependable crushing performance and prepares material efficiently for secondary processing.
Secondary crushing is performed by a PFW1315 impact crusher. Impact crushing is well suited for medium hard rock, producing well-shaped aggregates and supporting both coarse aggregate and manufactured sand production.
Final material classification is managed by a 3YK2160 vibrating screen. Accurate screening ensures consistent gradation and allows the plant to produce multiple finished aggregate sizes to meet project specifications.
A compact belt conveyor system connects each stage of the plant. Conveyor widths are primarily 500 mm and 800 mm, with motor power selected to ensure smooth material transfer, reduced spillage, and reliable continuous operation.
This plant is well suited for medium-sized quarry operations, aggregate producers expanding capacity, contractor crushing projects, and sites requiring a balance between throughput and space efficiency.
If you are planning a medium hard rock crushing operation or evaluating a 150–200 TPH solution, the Bros Dirt Diggers team is available to help you assess material characteristics, site layout, and configuration options.
