The Bros Dirt Diggers 250–300 TPH Hard Rock Crushing Plant is built for operations that require higher-capacity production while maintaining dependable performance with hard rock materials. Designed for processing granite, basalt, and similar abrasive rock types, this plant supports output rates of 250–300 tons per hour (TPH), depending on feed size and material characteristics.
Material is introduced through an LC3000×4000 hopper and regulated by a GZD1300×4900 vibrating feeder. This arrangement provides consistent, controlled feed into the primary crusher, supporting continuous operation and reducing stress on downstream equipment.
Primary crushing is performed by a PEW860 jaw crusher, which delivers reliable reduction of hard rock feed and produces a consistent output size suitable for secondary processing.
Secondary crushing is handled by two cone crushers configured for hard rock applications. Cone crushing provides stable throughput, effective reduction ratios, and consistent particle shape, supporting high-quality aggregate production.
Final sizing and classification are completed by two 3YK1860 vibrating screens. Accurate screening allows the plant to produce multiple finished aggregate sizes that meet construction and infrastructure specifications.
Material transport throughout the plant is managed by a belt conveyor system using 500 mm, 650 mm, 800 mm, and 1000 mm wide belts. Conveyor lengths and motor power are selected to maintain smooth material flow, minimize spillage, and support sustained high-capacity operation.
This plant is well suited for hard rock quarry operations, regional aggregate producers, contractor-based crushing projects, and operations planning staged production growth.
