The Bros Dirt Diggers 80–120 TPH Medium Hard Rock Crushing Plant is the smallest medium hard rock configuration in the lineup, built for operators who need reliable aggregate and sand production without the footprint or complexity of larger systems. It is commonly used in small to mid-sized quarry operations, contractor crushing projects, and sites with limited space where steady output and simple operation are priorities.
Material enters the plant through a robust LC3000×4000 hopper and is metered by a GZD960×3800 vibrating feeder. This controlled feeding stage promotes stable operation and consistent loading of the primary crusher. Initial size reduction is performed by a PE600×900 jaw crusher, which prepares material for downstream processing while maintaining dependable throughput.
Secondary reduction is handled by a PFW1214III impact crusher. Impact crushing is well suited for medium hard rock, producing well-shaped aggregates and supporting manufactured sand production. This stage improves particle shape and reduces flakiness, allowing the plant to serve both coarse aggregate and finer material requirements.
Final classification is completed by a 3YK1860 vibrating screen, which separates material into consistent size fractions. Accurate screening enables operators to meet grading specifications for a range of construction and infrastructure applications.
The conveying system uses a compact network of belt conveyors sized for smaller sites. Belt widths and motor ratings are selected to maintain smooth material flow while minimizing spillage, wear, and downtime across the plant.
This plant is a strong fit for operations targeting production rates of up to 80–120 tons per hour (TPH) with medium hard rock materials. It is often selected by operators planning phased growth, mobile-style installations, or entry-level aggregate production.
If you are evaluating a compact crushing solution or want to confirm whether this 80–120 TPH configuration matches your material and production goals, the Bros Dirt Diggers team is available to discuss options and customization.
