The F5X Series Vibrating Feeder is a next-generation primary feeding solution designed specifically for super-heavy operating conditions. Built to withstand high compartment pressure, heavy impact loads, and continuous high-throughput operation, the F5X Series is engineered for demanding primary crushing environments where reliability and strength are critical.
At the core of the F5X design is an extremely firm, super-heavy chute body structure. This reinforced structure allows the feeder to withstand up to 80 m³ of compartment pressure, making it well suited for thick-bed feeding, large stockpiles, and high-impact material drops. With standard bin capacities ranging from 25 to 45 m³, and the ability to handle material sizes up to 1.5 meters, the F5X Series excels in high-load primary feeding conditions.
Performance is driven by exceptional vibration strength. Vibration intensity, measured in G-force, directly determines feeder capacity. The F5X Series achieves vibration intensities of up to 4.5G—approximately 30% higher than conventional vibrating feeders. This stronger vibration enables significantly higher throughput within the same footprint, with capacities reaching up to 1600 tons per hour.
To ensure reliable operation under harsh conditions such as repeated start-stop cycles, frequent load changes, and variable operating speeds, the F5X Series is equipped with an FV super vibrator. This high-performance vibration unit delivers stable, efficient operation while offering long service intervals, with lubrication maintenance cycles of up to 1500 hours. Its modular design supports easy maintenance, component interchangeability, and a high degree of parts commonality.
Pre-screening efficiency is another key strength of the F5X Series. The feeder uses a rod-type grizzly structure made from a combination of NM wear-resistant steel and standard steel, delivering long service life and high screening efficiency. Adjustable rod spacing from 80 to 200 mm allows the feeder to be tuned to specific material conditions. The two-stage ladder drop rod structure promotes secondary material dispersion and effectively removes fine material smaller than the crusher’s closed-side setting, achieving over 90% fine material separation. This significantly reduces unnecessary re-crushing and lowers the load on the primary crusher.
