The MTW Series trapezium mill represents a newer generation of grinding equipment developed through more than a decade of focused research and engineering refinement. It is designed to support fine grinding applications where consistency, reliability, and mechanical efficiency are required.

The mill uses an advanced trapezium grinding structure combined with a bevel gear transmission system that improves power transfer efficiency and operational stability. An internal thin oil lubrication system supports continuous operation while reducing wear on critical components. Material moves through an arc-shaped air duct that promotes smooth airflow and stable classification.

Grinding is carried out through rolling and compression, with material fed into the mill and reduced to fine powder before entering the classifier. Adjustable classification allows operators to control finished product size within a defined range, supporting consistent downstream processing.

The equipment layout incorporates an isolated cyclone collector and a low-resistance inlet volute design, helping maintain stable airflow and reduce internal pressure losses. Curved surface shovels with replaceable blades support even material lifting and simplify routine maintenance.
