PF Impact Crusher

The PF Impact Crusher is commonly used as a secondary crusher in stone crushing plants where controlled sizing and reliable throughput are required. It is well suited for producing aggregates used in road construction, concrete production, and general infrastructure projects.

Material enters the crushing chamber and is accelerated by a rotating rotor before striking high-chromium hammer bars and impact plates. The repeated impact process breaks material efficiently while allowing operators to control final particle size through mechanical discharge adjustment.

This approach delivers a balance of productivity and durability. Wear-resistant hammer bars extend service life, while the simple internal structure reduces downtime during maintenance. Automatic release protects the crusher when unbreakable materials enter the chamber, supporting stable operation.

The PF Impact Crusher is best suited for operators processing limestone, dolomite, feldspar, calcite, gypsum, barite, kaolin, graphite, and similar medium-hard materials. It performs well in aggregate production, highway and railway construction, airport projects, and material recycling operations.
